Hélène Vey-Morit and Anna Milleret-Godet join DELSOL Avocats as partners.
Hélène Vey-Morit provides assistance to French and international companies with French and European competition law, as well as distribution and consumer law.
Her practice covers merger control and antitrust litigation (cartels, abuse of dominant position) before the French Competition Authority and national courts, as well as before foreign authorities (in Africa in particular). Hélène has extensive expertise in private damages claims for anticompetitive conduct.
She assists her clients with the creation and development of their distribution networks, and handles litigation in cases involving restrictive practices, sudden breach of commercial relationships, and unfair competition. Hélène also represents clients in the areas of consumer law (unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising) and defective products matters before national and European authorities and courts (liability actions and recall procedures).
Hélène was sworn in as a lawyer in 2010 and joined the law firm Gide the same year in the Economic Law department in Brussels, and then in Paris.
She joins DELSOL Avocats as a partner in the « Business litigation » department alongside Stéphane Perrin, Thomas Amico, Alexis Chabert and Pierre-Marie Durade-Replat. The team now includes five partners, two counsels and nine associates.
Anna Milleret-Godet assists companies with evolving staff working conditions and changes in workforce numbers, through the implementation of job protection plan or voluntary redundancy plans.
She advises French and international businesses on their strategic corporate reorganisations, including mergers and acquisitions, site closures, business transfers and other asset disposals.
She assists her clients with complex collective and individual litigation and advises top executives on negotiating their departures.
Anna was sworn in as a lawyer in 2009 and started her carreer with the law firm Dentons, before joining Cohen & Gresser.
She joins DELSOL Avocats as a partner in the « Employment law – Social welfare law » department alongside Delphine Bretagnolle, Brice Briel and Philippe Pacotte.
Anna is accompanied by Alexandre Fraval, associate.
The team now includes four partners, one counsel, eleven associates and one legal advisor.
DELSOL Avocats assists its clients facing international issues, either French clients with international projects or foreign clients involved in operations in Europe. The Firm was therefore keen to expand to Belgium (read the news) and is happy to welcome two new partners with a strong international focus.
