We are a firm of lawyers and tax experts.

We provide our clients with legal and tax expertise in order to meet all the requirements a company may need during the various phases of its evolution.

Over the years we have built up long-standing relations with both Italian and foreign companies investing and operating both in Italy and on a global level. Our roots are firmly placed in the Italian market but we can also boast solid experience at an international level. We work alongside companies from all over the world thanks to our extended network of foreign firms and international partnerships.

Reliability, dedication and pragmatism are our keywords: our clients place their trust in us knowing that they can rely on us to provide them with clear, open dialogue and concrete answers. The complementary fields of legal and fiscal expertise are as important to us as they are beneficial to our clients: day in, day out, we strive to be the client’s point of reference.

In October 2023 our law firm has reached a strategic agreement with RP Legal & Tax for an integration whose result is the creation of a new entity: RPLT RP legalitax. The integration that gives way to RPLT RP legalitax aims at creating new and further value to all our clients: in fact, we increase the professional and human capital that we are able to offer, together with new specializations, and we plan investments – especially in technology – that will allow us to be even more responsive.
