The LEXTAL brand is advancing to the next level of the Baltic legal service industry. Following the arrival of its new team in Latvia and the merging of the local LEXTAL office with the ILAW law firm in Lithuania, the newly established LEXTAL Legal group now has more than 60 lawyers, making it one of the top ten largest law firms in the Baltic States.
The group’s Latvia operation will be represented by Rasa, Ešenvalds un Radziņš law firm, which was founded at the end of 2020 following the practice merger of three well known and experience legal professionals Armands Rasa, Jānis Ešenvalds, and Egīls Radziņš and their teams.
Meanwhile, in Lithuania, clients will be advised by ILAW LEXTAL – the new firm formed from the merger of Lextal’s Lithuanian office and ILAW. In Estonia, the team will continue to operate as LEXTAL.
The LEXTAL Legal group will provide full scope business legal services and will serve as a one-stop-shop for clients seeking legal service in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
