Alessandro Polettini is a lawyer and partner of Legalitax.
Alessandro specialises in international agreements and focuses on: Negotiating international agreements, Setting up companies and joint ventures, Domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, Investment agreements, Extraordinary financial transactions, Shareholders agreements, turn key projects, 231.
Alessandro also provides assistance to his clients on any eventual contractual issues on both a national and an international level by accompanying them through all the litigation phases and/or alternative dispute resolution procedures in which Alessandro Polettini is an expert.
He has also conducted extensive research into the issues surrounding Legislative Decree 231/2001 and product liability.
Alessandro provides assistance to Italian companies and Italian branches of multi-nationals operating in a variety of sectors including light industry (systems/equipment, machines and industrial products), software houses and gaming.
Over the years he has assisted numerous companies with their plans to expand abroad both in Europe and further afield in locations such as The United States, The United Arab Emirates, India, China, Turkey, Egypt, Senegal, The Ivory Coast, Liberia, Australia and Brazil.
He is a member of Supervisory Boards.
He is regularly invited to speak at conferences and seminars concerning the globalization of business and collaborated with Professor Alberto Miele for some years in his role as professor of international law at the University of Padua.
Alessandro began his career in Rome in 1982 at the Lavaggi law firm, he then moved to Paris to work at the Goldsmith & Devolvé offices and returned to Italy where he furthered his knowledge of international agreement matters at the Miele & Croze law firm with offices in Padua, Milan and Rome.
In 1986 he became one of the founding partners in Studio Camilotti Ceccon Polettini in Padua which, in 2001 merged into Studio LCA , before becoming an equity partner in the firm CBA Studio Legale Tributario, following the 2008 merger between LCA and CBV.
Finally as of January 1st 2013 Alessandro and 10 other partners founded Legalitax Studio Legale e Tributario with about 60 professionals.
Andrea Rescigno, admitted to the bar of Milan, is a partner with Legalitax in the corporate and commercial department. He represents clients in connection with the following: M&A transactions, Setting up Joint Ventures, Incorporation of companies, Corporate law advice, Drafting and negotiations of national and international contracts (manufacturing, supply and distribution contracts), Litigation before ordinary and arbitration courts, Advice in connection with Law No. 231.
Andrea Rescigno represents Italian and foreign clients mainly in the industrial (chemical, pharmaceutical and printing) and media sectors.
Andrea is chairman of several 231 Supervisory Boards and has been on the Board of Directors of a variety of subsidiaries of primary multinational groups.
He co-wrote "Insolvency Laws of Italy", the Italian Chapter of the "International Treatise on Insolvency Laws", published by uris Publishing.
Mr. Rescigno has worked for a number of primary domestic law-firms and specialised in insolvency proceedings during his time at Maupoil law firm.
In 2001 he became a local partner at the Milan office of White & Case.
In 2006 he founded CRRW & Partners and in 2012 he went on to found Rescigno e Fraschini e Avvocati which then merged into Legalitax.
Andrea is qualified to plead before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).
