The Website is the property of and managed by Dirkzwager advocaten & notarissen N.V., with registered office in Arnhem, the Netherlands (hereafter: ‘Dirkzwager’) for an international network of law firms, consisting of, among others, the offices affiliated with the TELFA and USLAW associations.
Applicable law and competent court
Dutch law applies to the Website and the use thereof. The court in Arnhem, the Netherlands is exclusively competent to decide on any disputes with Dirkzwager arising from the use of the Website and/or in relation to the information derived from it.

General
The Website is the property of and is managed by Dirkzwager. Dirkzwager respects the privacy of all the users of its website and ensures that any personal information you may provide to it is treated confidentially and in accordance with the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act, based on the European Privacy Directive 95/46EC.
Processing of personal data
When visiting the Website, a number of technical data are automatically sent by your computer to the computers of Dirkzwager or its sub-contractors, such as the IP address you are using, the operating system, the internet browser you are using and (in some cases) the last internet page you visited. The personal data you provide to us are also processed, such as your name, contact details and preferences.

Purposes of processing
The personal data you provide are exclusively used for the following purposes:

Electronic newsletters
You can register via the Website as a subscriber to one or more of the electronic newsletters sent by Dirkzwager via the Website. Registration takes place via what is called a double opt-in process, which means that you only become listed as a subscriber if you follow the instructions sent to you by e-mail after registering via the Website. At the bottom of every newsletter you will find a hyperlink which enables you to easily cancel your receipt of the newsletter.

Use of Google Analytics
This Website uses Google Analytics, a web-analysis service provided by Google Inc. (hereafter: ‘Google’).
